I was born in London, UK and moved to Helsinki, Finland in Summer 2019. Why? Because it’s a beautiful country that looks after its people.

My background is primarily music, gaining a Music BAHons degree at the University of Nottingham and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education (PGCE) at the University College London’s Institute of Education. I went on to become a music teacher at a high school and within 2 years, became Head of Music and Drama, teaching for a total of 6 years.

Since moving to Helsinki, I have been teaching English to young children. I have a naturally clear, smooth and clean speaking voice (which has been regularly commented on!) and record voice overs for all projects including commercials, TV, explainer videos and events. Music has followed me wherever I go. I am a pianist and singer, having achieved grade 8 ABRSM certificates in both. I sing in an established vocal group and currently conduct three choirs in Helsinki. You can apply to join my choirs on this website.

I provide Classical and Pop singing lessons to students of all abilities, both online and face-to-face. Using my own music software, I can compose, arrange and edit music to help evoke various moods and atmospheres that you may wish to include in your projects.
